Have you heard about Nourish, been in, tried our food and wondered what it would be like to work here? Well as we kick on with our future plans we need new team members.
Well firstly you should know, it's very hard work and it's not all glamorous at all!

We are looking for hard working individuals who want to be part of a had working and dynamic team. You'll need great customer service skills as we are all about educating and engaging with our customers and we want to be known for having great staff.
As well as this, previous experience of working with food would be preferred, ideally in a fast paced environment so you can handle the pressure but remain calm. You won't just be chopping or serving customers, you could be delivering food, mopping floors, taking bins out, assisting on a cook and learn course or one of our community weight loss projects. It's a varied role for a company trying to make a difference and not just in the food we make and serve but on a wider scale.
Key attributes we are looking for include:
* Good interpersonal skills
* A good work ethic with a proven track record
* Passionate about food, cooking and especially healthy food
* Good time keeping and reliability a must
* Ability to work quickly and cleanly
The hours are flexible and the pay is above national minimum wage.

Now we've been open a while we know what we need and what we can do. You'll be given full training which includes a short nutrition course, kitchen skills, customer service training as well as the basic Nourish Team member training course we have developed!
