We've decided to give our menu a bit of a Spring clean and added some great new dishes. We've also taken on board the feedback from our customers, both good and bad and we'd like to think our new menu reflects this feedback.
We've held numerous tasting sessions with many differing views and we strongly believe we've made huge progress on our initial launch menu, yet we've stuck to our nutrition and business principles of using only the freshest of ingredients as well as obviously making sure they're the healthiest foods about. We've a few new ingredients on our menu too, including asparagus, mozzarella, tuna, hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds, to name a few.
Overall we've increased our menu offerings too with more hot food options, more salads, more wraps, more sweet potato toppings options and we have added a range of healthy sandwiches too.
As well as increasing our menu offerings, we've looked at making as many of our dishes accessible to the most amount of people as possible. For instance whereas before some of our meals before were not suitable for those with gluten or dairy intolerances we've changed them so they can be enjoyed by as many people as possible.
The Spring 2014 menu brings more hot vegetarian options, more sweet potato options and our Nourish burger makes it's way on to our menu after a successful stint on our specials board. We've also added more snacks and some healthy quinoa and greek yoghurt dessert pots, great to finish off a meal. Below are a few of the new dishes on our menu.
